Gordon Heeps

Gordon has worked in the real estate industry since 2003 specializing in Tenant and Landlord representation in the retail, office and industrial sectors. He has worked with numerous National retail chains including CVS, Rite Aid, Price Chopper, Hannaford, and T-Mobile as well as countless local businesses.

Gordon is also a partner in Heff Development, LLC where he owns and operates multi-family units in New York. 

Outside of his work in real estate, Gordon volunteers his time at Albany Veterans Hospital where he enjoys organizing events for the Veterans.  Gordon has also served on the Board of Directors at the Guilderland YMCA.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Gordon studied at the American University of Paris in Paris, France as well as at Pace University in New York City graduating with a BA in International Management and Economics.

Alex Kutikov

Alex Kutikov has worked in the commercial real estate brokerage industry since 2003. He has successfully brokered lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of $1 Billion. He has worked with national chains across retail segments including grocery, pharmacy, QSR’s/ restaurants, apparel, automotive parts and service, fuel and c-store, and dollar stores to name a few as well as hundreds of regional and local businesses.

Alex has served on multiple boards over the years including Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers (CIREB) the Greater Capital District’s commercial multiple listing service association where he served as President in 2014. Additionally, he has also served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Saratoga Chamber of Commerce as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital District. Alex has received multiple distinctions as an industry leader including being named to the Business Review’s Power 50 Most Influential Business People in the Capital Region.

Outside of his work at RedMark Realty, Alex is a developer with a portfolio of completed projects ranging from national net retail to multi-family.
