Vladimir Goykhman is an experienced Associate Broker with over seven years in the commercial real estate industry. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, medical and retail properties, commercial investment and multifamily properties, as well as ground-up development, Vladimir has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of his clients.
Vladimir earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from SUNY Albany, where he developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving—skills that have proven invaluable in his real estate career. His commitment to the industry extends beyond his professional work, as he has served on the board of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors for five years, actively contributing to the growth and development of the commercial real estate community.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Vladimir is passionate about giving back to the community. He sits on the board of Breakthrough T1D, formerly known as JDRF, where he has dedicated four years to supporting efforts to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.
When he’s not working, Vladimir enjoys spending quality time with his family—his wife Mila, a local school teacher, and their two sons, Shane (5) and Ari (3), along with their dog Brooklyn. He is also an avid golfer and enjoys the tranquility of maintaining aquariums as a hobby.
